By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

The service is intended for professional use by people aged 18 or over. You may only use it where doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Accounts are issued to named individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account.

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to store or transmit malicious code.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, to other users' environments, or to the systems that support them.

Do not interfere with the operation of the service, place unreasonable load on it, or attempt to circumvent its limits and protections.

You keep all rights in the content you put into the service. You grant us only the permissions we need to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store the content you upload and for its accuracy.

The service, including its software, design, and branding, remains our property. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

Access to the service may be provided under a paid subscription. Where fees apply, they are set out in a separate written agreement or order form.

Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for a period that has already begun.

We work to keep the service available and dependable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and events outside our control may cause downtime.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

The service is a tool for organising professional work. It does not provide legal advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access poses a risk to the service or its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page, and continued use of the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
